CHALLENGE

To increase tourism to Vancouver’s North Shore with a creative campaign that highlights all the supernatural wonders of our region.

SOLUTION

The creative marketing campaign included a mix of paid and unpaid media focused on activities, attractions, arts and culture, events, culinary options, environment, retail, accommodations and lifestyle. Online ads linked to specific relevant website pages. local newspaper and magazine ads, displays, directories, maps, special promotions, videos and social media for each season.

Since 2007, when occupancy stats were first collected, occupancy rates have gone from 62% to 79.88 The website saw a 44% increase in page views, 63% increase page sessions. Event attractions up 8-17% and a record-breaking Christmas season.
